Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of vinylpac.us and all orders placed with Vinylpac LLC. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Custom orders

All custom products are printed from artwork you supply. You are responsible for reviewing proofs, sizes, quantities, and files before submitting an order. Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Artwork and intellectual property

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to reproduce it. Vinylpac LLC is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-supplied artwork, and you agree to indemnify Vinylpac LLC against claims related to artwork you provide. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Design services

If your files require setup work (such as creating embossing layers, dielines, or mapping layers), design services are billed at $50 per hour, quoted separately, and must be paid before your job enters production.

Turnaround and shipping

Standard turnaround is 3-5 business days for most orders; rush service is available for a 15% fee. Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Payment

Orders submitted through our order forms are confirmed with an invoice; production begins once payment is received in full.

Returns

All sales of custom products are final. See our Refund Policy for details, including our reprint guarantee for verified production errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vinylpac LLC's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
