Return policy

You have 30 days after your order arrives to tell us about a problem. Because every sticker, label and jar set is custom-printed with your artwork, we handle each case one by one and can’t take back custom work for a change of mind.

Unused glass jars can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original case. Message us first: we’ll send instructions, and returns sent without our OK can’t be accepted. Return shipping on jars you no longer want is paid by you.

Damages and issues

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged in shipping, misprinted, miscut, or doesn’t match the proof you approved, email info@vinylpac.us within 30 days with:

  • your order number,
  • a photo or two of the problem,
  • and how many pieces are affected.

If the problem is on our end, we’ll reprint it or refund it at no cost to you.

What isn’t covered

  • Mistakes in artwork you supplied and approved on your proof, such as typos, low-resolution images or colors as sent.
  • The wrong size, quantity or material picked when ordering.
  • A wrong or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout.
  • Custom work you no longer want after it’s printed.
  • Packages the carrier marks as delivered. We’ll still help you file a claim with the carrier.

Reprints and exchanges

When we got it wrong, a reprint is the fastest fix, so that’s where we start. We put it back in production and ship it to you free. If you’d rather have something different, place a new order once we’ve sorted out the first one.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved it, let us know.
