Refund policy

Because every Vinylpac order is custom-printed to your artwork, all sales are final once production begins and we cannot offer returns or exchanges on custom products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved proof, contact us at info@vinylpac.us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will reprint or credit any order with a verified production error at no cost to you.

Unopened, non-custom items (blank jars and merch) may be returned within 14 days in original packaging; buyer pays return shipping. Refunds for eligible returns are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.
